You must be a youngster between 18-35 years at the time of the application and ready to mingle with 3-5 global people
You can stay at the student housing 3-6 moths after study completion. However, this requires a separate agreement
You must be a student, exchange student or intern, with active education enrollment in the capital area (or start within 3 months)
You must register as a resident at the student housing address with the Danish Civil Registration Office (Folkeregistret)

How do I access the affordable student housing?
You need to actively study...
To be granted admission, simply provide proof of your active involvement in your studies, education, or internship. Complete the "Student Declaration and Undertakings" form from your educational institution, ensuring it is signed and stamped (digitally or in ink). This straightforward process helps us verify your eligibility and welcome you to our vibrant community.
How do I register for a student housing bedroom?

Join our free waiting list well in advance to ensure you don't miss out on your perfect student home. There's often a waiting period, so the earlier you register, the better your chances.
Register even before you start your education...
You can sign up even if you haven't received confirmation of admission from your educational institution or internship. Simply fill out the form below to be added to the waiting list at no cost. Start your journey with us and get ready to call Just Like Home your new home.
How are the student housing bedrooms assigned?
First come first served...
Once you apply, you'll be added to our waiting list based on your application date. Those with the longest wait time are typically offered a bedroom first via an admission email.
It's OK if you're not ready yet...
If you decline the offer, don't worry - you'll keep your place on the waiting list, and the bedroom will go to the next person in line. This process continues until we find the perfect match.

To ensure a swift transition, please respond to the admission email within 24 hours. We understand this is a tight deadline, but it's crucial for completing all necessary administrative tasks. Make sure to check your email daily so you don't miss out on your new home.
